Greetings!
We are back in our room and Lucy is resting. The procedure went well, and they drained 900+ cc's of fluid from her belly, and the flow seems to have slowed somewhat. There is a "pigtail" drain in her abdomen to drain off any accumulating fluid, so the fact that the flow is slow is good. Still no news on the triglycerides (sp?), but we will post as soon as we get word on that. Expecting the "Fellow" to round sometime today, with the results.
One perk of the day is that Jeff is our nurse again. He was here when Lucy was admitted and she always has a smile for him.

Oh Melissa, never a dull moment for you guys. I have been dying to see an update and think about you all daily. I hope Lucy is feeling better tonight and that you have some good news in the morning!! I am bringing you all dinner when you get back:) hopefully this week!
