Greetings! I have been shamefully neglectful of our blog these days! The Christmas holidays took us by storm, and finally things are returning to "normal".

Yesterday was our 6-month post-placement visit, and I am still wrapping my brain around the fact that Lucy has been here for 6 months! Even stranger is the fact that we feel like she has always been a part of our family - and in a way, I suppose she has, we just didn't know it yet!

On that note, here are some "Then and Now" pics. Thanks Don and Be for the great idea!

We Received our Referral Photos (above) of Lucy in February 2008. She is 15 months old in these photos.

On July 14th, 2008, we finally held Lucy in our arms.

6 months later, our little girl is one bubbly, mischevious, happy kid who is right at home with her forever family. God is good!
